who you really are...
Personality: Has a tendancy to fly off the handle when it's something that he's passionate about. He's incredibly trusting when someone helps him, and can be quite driven even to the point of tunnel focusing and caring about nothing else except what he's focused on. He likes to keep a close knit circle of people he truly trusts with his life. When his trust is broken, it's almost impossible to recover.

History:Thomas had a pretty basic upbringing. Nothing special at all, until his parents were killed one day when he was 17, by some kind of monster. He was saved that day by a hunter, of whom he never learned the name because the man refused to tell him. The next day Thomas joined the Marines and underwent the training, but never truly saw combat. He worked strictly as a mechanic and was never needed to deploy. 5 years in he was given a General Discharge and became a police officer. All this while he worked and studied up on monsters and beings that go bump in the night. Anywhere he feels he can be of the most good, to give to the people with his second chance that was given to him. Now, 28, he's transferred to Mystic Falls because he's caught word that alot of strange going ons have been happening.
