who you really are...
Personality: He comes off as a little of a bad boy type, but really he isn't a bad boy. He's actually a good guy who happens to be very serious. He is willing to train other werewolves to keep them from losing control and hurting anyone, though he acts a lot like he does not care and can sometimes be a loner type and keeps to himself a lot. Except of course when it comes to women that interest him.

Dislikes: His Uncle, Kate Argent, Pretends to dislike Stiles
Strengths: Werewolf healing and senses, smart, Helpful
Weaknesses: Werewolf weaknesses (silver, Wolfsbane), women
History: Derek was born to a family of werewolves. When he was a teenager he was dating Kate Argent, who was born into a hunter family. She betrayed him and got all of his family killed, she and her hunter pals set the place on fire and killed them, and Derek was actually accused of being the one that burnt the house down. He went into hiding, and really they did not have enough proof to send him to jail anyway. Later on he would find out that his younger sister had survived the fire and his uncle (who was in a comatose state for years), ended up coming back and healing and became a big pain in the rear to Derek and his new friends in town (Scott and Stiles namely).
